ws: 11-15mm (BTM), fw: 7-8mm (Sterling & Parsons)*; May-Jun; Elm; Black Poplar, Bird Cherry; no British records from 1870 until 2017 since when there have been several records.
For example: first recorded in Essex 2023 and §1 is now the 5th Essex record. Possibly a rare migrant or recent colonist.
* Note the discrepancy in quoted size ranges. Measurement of §1 suggests BTM is more accurate and fw: 6-8mm.
