Generic features: Head with appressed scales; Ocelli present; Antenna 3/4 length of fw; serrate and shortly ciliate in male, simple in female; scape without pecten; Labial palp S3 slightly shorter than S2; Forewing elongate; Hindwing subtrapezoidal, broader than forewing, apex slightly produced, termen slightly sinuate, tornus not defined, cilia 1/2 breadth of wing, V7&6 stalked, 4&3 connate or stalked
Male genitalia: aedeagus stout with apex tapering to a spiral process
