Synonym: Neurasthenia pygmaeana (Pierce & Metcalfe)
Synonym: Neurasthenia pygmaeana (Pierce & Metcalfe)
ID: Similar to E.subsequana. Male E.pygmaeana is easily distinguished by its strongly biciliate/fasciculate antennae. Both sexes have a white basal area to the hindwing which in E.subsequana is more evenly fuscous. E.pygmaeana lacks any ocellus, this being weakly developed in E.subsequana.
