62.070 Synaphe punctalis (Long-legged Tabby)
ws: 22-27mm; Jun-Aug; mosses; locally common on coastal shingle and sand-dunes in southern coastal counties of England
ID: Females are paler, narrower-winged and heavier-bodied than males. Females also have the dark border to the postmedian line more conspicuous than the pale line itself, the hindwing is a paler grey with a darker terminal band. This species is unlikely to be confused with any other.
