ID: Somewhat similar to Scotopteryx chenopodiata (Shaded Broad-bar) but distinguished from it by: flight season (vs Jun-Aug); size (vs 16-19mm); notched proximal margin to central cross-band; white edges to central cross-band; and dusting of white tipped scales.
