ws: 11-14mm; Jun-Aug; yarrow (Achillea millefolium), tansy (Tanacetum vulgare); local on dry pastures in N.England, Scotland, Wales

ID: similar to D.acuminatana but with a more yellow-brown (rather than purplish-brown) general colour and less sharply defined apical and basal lines in the terminal cilia.
Male genitalia: aedeagus has a distinctive apical point (apex notched in D.acuminatana); deep rounded emargination of ventral edge of valva, cucllus somewhat recurved (much shallower, less rounded and hardly recurved in D.acuminatana); medial margin of cucllus has a small prominence (not present in D.acuminatana).
