ws: 15-19mm; Jun-Sep; pignut (Conopodium majus), wild carrot (Daucus carota), burnet-saxifrage (Pimpinella saxifraga); local in flower meadows and chalk grassland throughout GB.

ID: forewing with round white dot in disc at 2/3; head and thorax paler than forewing; forewing pinkish-brown (becoming darker with wear - personal observation)
