49.056 Cnephasia conspersana (Coast Shade)
ws:15-22mm (BTM); Jul-Aug; various herbaceous plants; NS-B on chalk coasts and downs
ID: Externally similar to other Cnephasia species. Genital dissection required.
Male genitalia: Sacculus fairly short; apical ⅖ carinate and angled slightly towards the costa.
Female genitalia: Colliculum with a posterior lip that forms the ventral margin of the ostium, and thickened on the left side.
