Thalpophila matura (Straw Underwing) §2 male
ID: Antenna serrate-fasciculate in male, finely ciliate in female. Forewing ground colour varies from ochreous to dark fuscous; pale antemedian line edged black distally, pale postmedian line edged black proximally; oval and kidney marks with a pale perimeter and narrowly edged black, dart mark narrowly edged black; pale subterminal line dentate and with black streaks or wedges extending proximally from it Hindwing pale straw-yellow with a fuscous terminal border.
