fw: 19-22mm; Jun-Jul, occasionally bivoltine Aug-Sep; honeysuckle (Lonicera spp), ash (Fraxinus excelsior), privet (Ligustrum sinense); local in broadleaved woodland in England, Wales and S.Scotland.
ID: Rests with wings slightly raised off the
substrate and with the costa “creased”. Males
lilac-orange, females lilac-grey, both with a brown median line.
